General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and b699 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the b699 website, mobile applications, and all services offered thereunder, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and any promotional programmes.

Eligibility & Registration
To register and maintain an account on b699, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

- You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

Age Verification: b699 conducts mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts prior to the processing of any withdrawal request. Account Management

You are solely and entirely responsible for:

Account Inactivity: Accounts that remain inactive — defined as having no login activity and no financial transactions — for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. b699 may apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the platform. Players will be notified prior to any such fee being applied.
Deposits & Withdrawals
b699 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports a range of local and international payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL digital banking, Meezan Bank transfer, and standard local bank wire transfers.
Deposits:
- All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument held in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed at the point of transaction.
- b699 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges independently of b699.
- Deposits are credited to your b699 account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. Processing times vary by method.
Withdrawals:
- Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account or instrument that is registered in the Player's own name and has been previously used to make a deposit on the account, or has been verified as belonging to the Player through the KYC process.
- b699 targets a withdrawal processing time of one to three business days following KYC verification. Actual transfer times may vary depending on the receiving institution.
- b699 reserves the right to request additional verification documents prior to approving any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in the request being cancelled.
- Players must have wagered their deposit at least once before a withdrawal request can be submitted. This does not apply to bonus funds, which are subject to separate wagering requirements.
PKR Transactions: b699 is committed to maintaining PKR as the native currency of the platform to eliminate conversion fees for Pakistani players. All account balances, bonus amounts, and withdrawal values are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees.

- Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting across multiple accounts, or coordinated exploitation — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, the forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential permanent account closure.
- Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately within your b699 account. Bonus funds are used before real-money funds in accordance with the platform's wallet sequencing rules.
Bonus Abuse: b699 employs automated systems to detect patterns of bonus abuse. Players identified as engaging in systematic exploitation of promotional offers will have their accounts reviewed and may face permanent suspension without the right to a bonus balance refund.
Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets and wagers placed on the b699 platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, game, or event, as published on the platform. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming products offered by b699:
- A bet or wager is only valid once it has been confirmed by the b699 system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Bets placed in error by the Player cannot be cancelled once accepted by the system.

- In-play or live betting markets may be suspended without notice during live events. b699 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any live market throughout an event.
- For casino and slot games, the outcome of each game round is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available on the platform.
- Game history and transaction records are maintained by b699. In the event of a dispute between a Player's local records and the b699 server records, the b699 server records shall be definitive and binding.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the b699 platform and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access game outcomes, or interact with the platform in any way that provides an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or to artificially influence betting markets.
- Using the platform for money laundering, the movement of proceeds of crime, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. b699 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
- Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities to obtain an advantage. Any winnings derived from a technical error are void and must be returned. Players who discover technical vulnerabilities are required to report them to b699 immediately.
- Registering or operating more than one account, or assisting any third party in doing so.
- Providing false or misleading information at any stage of the registration, verification, or withdrawal process.
- Allowing any other person, including a minor, to use your b699 account.
- Any form of aggressive, threatening, or abusive conduct directed at b699 staff, agents, or other players through any communication channel.
Consequences: Breach of any prohibition listed in this section may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances, reversal of any recent withdrawals subject to legal review, and referral of the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
Intellectual Property
All content available on the b699 platform, including but not limited to the b699 name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, software interfaces, game content, promotional materials, and any other proprietary elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of b699 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Any unauthorised use of b699 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law. b699 actively monitors for and will pursue legal remedies against infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b699 expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, with respect to the platform and its services.
b699 shall not be liable to any Player for any of the following, regardless of the legal basis of the claim:
- Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of winnings, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the b699 platform.
- Any service interruption, technical malfunction, system downtime, or connectivity failure affecting the platform or any third-party service integrated with it.
- Losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
- Any delay in the processing of deposits or withdrawals by third-party payment providers beyond b699's reasonable control.
- Any decisions made by the Player in respect of their betting or gaming activity, including decisions informed by statistics, data, or information presented on the b699 platform.
Where b699 is found liable despite the exclusions above, its total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player into their b699 account during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

This Agreement, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the terms of the licence under which b699 operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, the seat of which shall be determined by b699 at its discretion.
Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
